With only one week to go, The REALLY BIG SHOE EVENT is just about to turn the corner. And with it we’re winding down on “In Their Shoes,” a multi-organizational community fund raiser. And one more thing…the thing that started this shoe-stomping summer: The Shoes in the Tree Short Story Contest winners will be announced next Friday Night!
So, come to The Historic Sonora Inn/Days Inn at 160 S. Washington St. downtown Sonora. Enjoy the food, the company and great music from Blue Shoes Band. Plus we’ll wrap up our wonderful Shoe-Themed Art Show and Silent Auction. We’ve collected scads of shoes for Interfaith. Both Central Sierra Arts Council and Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County are hoping for a bit of fund raising, to boot!
